登山、攀巖、攀冰就是我生活最重要的部分。

五歲接觸攀巖，7歲開始系統(tǒng)學習，學習期間有幸體驗過北京白河、泰國甲米、希臘卡里莫斯等多處攀巖圣地，感受自然的美麗和自由攀巖的魅力，平時學習之余更加專心練習。2022年開始完成北京白河巖區(qū)多條5.12線路，并挑戰(zhàn)5.13老怪成功。紅線和比賽拿獎都能更鼓舞自己同時享受攀巖的樂趣。
對攀巖的感受:“我覺得攀巖的動作完成起來很酷，很有成就感。每條線爬完都能因為完成挑戰(zhàn)，自己心情激動不已。在高處感覺到像鳥兒樣的自由?！?/p>
